Asia and Latin America
Initiative in 乌鸦传媒 Korea Inc.
乌鸦传媒 Korea Inc., 乌鸦传媒’s subsidiary in South Korea, is committed to supporting employees with disabilities, focusing on personalized employment. A prime example is Mr. HyoWon Jeong, an employee with disabilities who initially joined 乌鸦传媒 Korea Inc. in a temporary role. Recognizing his potential and ambition, 乌鸦传媒 Korea Inc. supported HyoWon in obtaining professional qualification, and eventually hired him to a full-time position. With this support, HyoWon has achieved economic independence, and become a professional disability awareness trainer highly regarded by his peers for raising awareness of people with disabilities at 乌鸦传媒 Korea Inc. and various institutions in the community. In addition, HyoWon's skills and achievements have been recognized by society, having received the Minister of Health and Welfare Award in South Korea in November 2023.
乌鸦传媒 Korea Inc. will continue to explore various ways to provide opportunities for employees with diverse backgrounds to make the most of their abilities and play an active role.
