The hhc concept and DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) are deeply intertwined, and we believe that DE&I is essential to the realization of our hhc concept.

We believe that “difference” is “potential” in an ever-changing world, and a corporate culture which fosters mutual respect and the creation of new value together can bring great creativity and the power to solve problems.

Asia and Latin America

Initiative in ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Korea Inc.

ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Korea Inc., ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½’s subsidiary in South Korea, is committed to supporting employees with disabilities, focusing on personalized employment. A prime example is Mr. HyoWon Jeong, an employee with disabilities who initially joined ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Korea Inc. in a temporary role. Recognizing his potential and ambition, ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Korea Inc. supported HyoWon in obtaining professional qualification, and eventually hired him to a full-time position. With this support, HyoWon has achieved economic independence, and become a professional disability awareness trainer highly regarded by his peers for raising awareness of people with disabilities at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Korea Inc. and various institutions in the community. In addition, HyoWon's skills and achievements have been recognized by society, having received the Minister of Health and Welfare Award in South Korea in November 2023.

ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ Korea Inc. will continue to explore various ways to provide opportunities for employees with diverse backgrounds to make the most of their abilities and play an active role.
